Final Post

It took me a while to write this post. I had so much to write, and mind was full of thoughts and was feeling nostalgic about my last 90 days. I am entering to new phase of living with all good habits and determination to stay healthy forever and not to look back.
This is it, end of great 90 days journey which I never thought I could have finished. But yes here I am, new transformed me, filled up with great knowledge that I acquired from Patrick Reynolds & Chen Zhongtao.
I am so thankful to my hubby, without him seriously this was not possible. He was the one who made me do this. I enjoyed every bit of it coz he was with me and made this project easy. We both have seen changes and were glad we did this together.  Thanks Sweetheart for the continuous support, for pulling my spirits up every time and helping me in many workouts..remember Double Katana... Love you.
Big Thanks and hugs to both of my Parents i.e. Kos’s parents and mine, who have always supported us so much. Love you all for that. Glad that you all are my family.
My Fellow PCP –ers, thanks a ton for your continuous encouragement and awesome blogs which seriously gave it a nice light happy turn. I am glad that I came to know lovely ppl: Tracey, Conny, Ines, Kim, Richard, Noel- It was so much fun reading your blogs and thanks for your support, advice and ever encouraging comments. You all look Hot, sexy in new transformed you.
 My awesome gorgeous Team Mighty Mouse – Guys you rock – Thankfully half of you are in HK, so we can meet more often  J . I truly enjoyed watching all the awesome changes in everybody. YE YE YE.Team Mighty Mouse: Ha ha what a name, coz we forgot what Patrick named our team. It Was great meeting you Brent, Justin, Terri, Fergie and looking forward to meet Marcus and all of you again on Thursday.  Meg, Babe will miss you and hope to see you very soon in HK.
Let’s, talk about this awesome Journey. When my hubby first introduced me to this project, I never gave much attention to it frankly. But, when he was too much interested in doing this, I started reading more, everyday; read all PCP ers blog nearly…specially Corry Macdonald, Helen,Tanya, Molly, Yeeman, Keita, Greenie and Wei, and obviously by default PR’s blog!! J They seriously changed my mind and made me enthusiastic about it.After getting to know more about it, me and Kos maximum time talked about PCP – we use to exchange emails saying did u read her blog today..She/he looks great...What a transformation… And stuff like that...It was our routine…he he, and then we finally decided to enroll ourselves. I must say, what we were 90 days before in comparison of today, we are way too different.
When everybody came to know that we are doing this program, all were shocked and said to me why you have to do this, and you are already thin n stuff like that. But, I knew that how wrong I was in my eating habits and also my workouts regime were not giving me good results.
During this program, I might have become irritated coz of workouts or diet part and m sorry PR, but have cursed you also J Apology for that...Kos Is so much aware of it…But then I used to gathered my thoughts, cool down myself and then i can’t find anybody right except Patrick Reynolds!!In my life I have never checked sodium amount in my food, but now I always do and I don’t miss salt at all, seriously. The outlook towards life has been changed and it has taken a complete different turn. I can even write a love letter to Jump rope...I hated it so much when I was a big failure in that, but now I will keep jump rope always with me as my pet.
From now we will look at the menu in restaurant in completely different way(obviously not immediately but after a week or so :) ) and make sure what we put in our mouth.
I feel I have still not achieved the way I want to look…i.e. a girl with more strength and beauty. But, I will make sure I achieve that. At least am happy that I challenged myself and achieved at least something if not all.

I started with 57 - 57.5 kgs and yesterday my weight was around 54. M happy :) I could not measure anything else like B.M.I or Body Fat pecentage.
Some Post PCP Rule Guide for Me:
· Eating Habits Revolution: I will always keep a check on my every tiny winy bite of food that I am eating i.e. processed food if I am eating in restaurants. Salt content will always be less from now. · Loads of vegetables and white meat i.e. protein. They are magic part of this entire program and it has proved. I will eat more Avocado coz I never realized they are so yum, all colors of veggies which makes my food more attractive and even my body gorgeous. J. Will surely try veggie pizza with just a bit of cheese  and hell lot of veggies at home
· Workout very regularly... Oh my dear sweet Jump Rope, you look cruel, but you are awesome. 8   Mins Abs, you have already been added into my YouTube fav videos and you can’t escape anywhere. I will try to concentrate on each muscle of my body and try to maintain them before the fat layer hides it...I can’t allow my body to go back to its old stage. Will try to work out 4, 5 times a week. Hopefully ;)
· Would stick to Breakfast and Lunch as PCP compliant always, and can cheat on dinner part...With wine/martini/vodka/ pff I forgot names also...It’s so long… J
· No Frozen Yogurts: Damn I used to love this so much, that I have actually missed my dinner coz of it. After reading this I want to see how Kos reacts... J But, not now ever. My Low Fat Greek Yogurt with Fresh Fruits and a drizzle of honey will be my new Frozen Yogurt for me.
· Swimming: This thing can make my bad mood to the best. And will keep continuing to do it till my clubhouse permits me toJ, as they will be closing down very soon for winters. Damn.
· Flexibility: PCP has brought back “flexibility” in my body again. My V sit-ups are much better than what I started off with. Will make sure i don't loose this again.
· Nothing is Magic: If we have to achieve body like our role models, then we have to seriously invest hard work and dedication for that. Just by dieting or running one on treadmill won’t help us to achieve.
· Sharing Knowledge: Spreading a word about PCP to all people is so important, I will make sure that I can share my knowledge, whatever I have (J) with everyone I know and make them aware.
THE THINGS THAT I TILL DATE HATE AFTER PCP:
1. FLOOR JUMPS: Oh lord, how do you do it? I have managed to finish it but doing it correct is still unknown. Marcus dude, I am waiting for you to teach me on Thursday. It would be fun doing floor jumps in Soho… Ha Ha. People might feel we are bit crazy, but who cares.
2. LUNGES: I don’t want to talk about them… ;)

Patrick @ Chen Zhongtao : Special thanks to both of you from bottom of my heart,  for having patience with us and making us learn every minute details about our body. You have helped each one of us to look awesome ;).  You guys have corrected us so much in just 90 days and the results show that. Even though I might not have achieved perfect PCP target, but I am feeling way too strong and healthy and will continue to improve it. Hats off to both of you!! It was life changing experience.
My next project is to go and SHOP till I DROP.
Two happy and gorgeous people planning to have one lovely evening tomorrow, with great dinner and obviously wine and enjoying every bit of it. :D Waiting for that.

Awesome 89

Wonderful day..
Was it the energy or enthusiasm of completing Peak Condition Project,don't know but even after tough workout today I loved the burn and enjoyed the super sets.

Floor jumps were my weakest part always. So it was not that fun :)
But other exercises were fun. We r just so close but have to b very careful and watchful for what we eat from day 91 to rest of our lives..

All my fellow PCP ers, heartiest congratulations for achieving great healthy body and Patrick what can I say to you.. You are genius petson and thank you so much for sharing health related knowledge with us and helped us to earn it. Hats off to u PR!!

Just one more day, and m already having nostalgic feeling.

So close..

Guys,

It's day 88.. Wola..
Yesterday on day 87, I was a big failure in floor jumps. After 2nd set I just could not do it anymore. But enjoyed doing rest of the exercises. Yesterday, when I was workingout in gym, I saw a girl running like crazy treadmill.. Then she must have used every freaking equipment in gym and was still there when I left gym.. I was wondering, she must have lost hell amount of cal than me but seriously I was least bothered.

Today I truly loved the burn after out curls and dips. Though I was not perfect but still.
Well, tomorrow is a big day. It's super super set day :)

Super Sets.. :D

Well what to say, about Super Sets...m speechless....
Seriously its just for four days, and i m glad that way.. :)

When i finsihed skipping..I was in full enthusiasm of starting super sets...Till i reached Curls and Ski Jumper super sets..i was pffff...I thought before, that as they are Super Sets, it will take a longer time than our usual workout, but infact it didn't...or did i do something wrong??

But, i agree that super sets are fun..i m sure they are very tough but they are different set of workouts....:)

I used spearate resistance bands during Curls and Ski Jumper super sets...Wow..they are tough..Then the fun part came..V Sits and Planks...and that too till failur..lolz..Patrick my failure in Plank is immediately after 15 seconds...:D well but i tried to put the timer for 60 seconds and was on my knees after 30 seconds....and started again and finished it...V sits up were ok till 2nd set..after that it was haywire...

After finishing workout, i thought i have to do 8MA, because if i dont do it at that time or within half an hour i surely skip it..So after ten min rest i did my 8MA and was bit unhappy by my techniques...

Today at day 87 the super set is of Creeps and Floor Jumps...Grrr..How will i handle it??

Now i am craving for Wine, Martini, home baked muffins, and different kind of tasty food..Argghh..:D Please i cant wait anymore...

Day 84

Done with Skipping and even 8MA.

Had a nice light day so exercises were fun and didn't took long as only skipping was there in menu.

Entire time i was waiting for Patrick's email so that i can see whats in store for all of us for this week..Whoa!! Super Sets coming....and now curious about day 90 as he will not say till we reach there.. :(

Seeing those work schedules was like Seriously!! But, i agree that still we all can make a bit difference to our body in these last 6 days and reach to that other side.

Day - 83

Getting so closer to the end of program..
Read about doing jump ropes 10 minutes a day, everyday .. :)
Wow...Listening to 10 minutes is not a big deal, when now we are doing 21 minutes rope..But lets see how regularly i do it and maintain my body...

I m now tired of eating fish, egg whites and even prawns..I need different food now, but then m scared of eating the normal food coz then you will go back to some of your old eating habits and m wondering that how it will affect my body?? Brain is so confusing...

Swimming is my Savior

Nothing can make me more relax and in good mood than swimming for nice 30 minutes. :)

Well, again skipping has hurted my ankle and before i damage it more, i thought to swim again which is surely more time consuming than skipping coz of pre and post work..But for me this is the only option as i am not at all able to skip.

Rest of the workouts are ok i wont say m too pleased, but the chicken wing exercise made me smile a bit coz i can see those nice muscles... :) Did my 8MA and enjoyed it completely.
In the mid of night i was thinking, why skipping is giving me so much pain and why i am so frustrated with it and then in the morning zen jump rope email was there which made me bit more relaxed even though i wont be doing it for some more days.

Thinking for day 91 when there won't be any regular great email from PR,no more diet schedule, no more workout schedule. We have to be the best judge as of what food is good,healthy and great for our body, what workout should we continue in our daily regime and how to keep looking great for the rest of our life instead of going back from where we have progressed.Not going to be easy!!

Day 78

21 Minutes skipping nearly killed my ankle.. It has started aching again...
I tripped a lot yesterday while skipping and that made me so angry and upset....I felt like leaving it and do nothing. But, then gathered my thoughts and started again and finished it though it was unsatisfactory.

Diets are going fine, but in evening after my workout i need something solid like a slice of bread, though i have carbs in my dinner, but i just wanted to know can i shift that after my workout, as i am fine without carb during dinner time..

Exercises are increasing every day and it consumes lot of time. I forgot my 8MA yesterday and was not pleased with that...Well, new set of exercises today and time for new set of pics. Its last lap and am getting all frustrated dont know why?? Probably i want to see my abs getting toner and am not near to it..

Hope this feeling ends up soon and i should be back on track soon with all positive vibes around me.

Last two important and tough weeks

Just two weeks left!! And m sure its going to be tough and we have to start thinking about maintaining our body and most importantly our diets post PCP..which is the biggest question.

Well, exercises are going fine...and m now regularly loving 8MA workout..
But, yesterday we were out for Junk trip and diets was completly out of track..M sure my indulgence mite have crossed the limit given..But, yes it was great fun..Lovely weather, did loads of swimming...Before going for trip, i did my workout and got my extra workout done through swimming.

From diet point of view, m still strong of what should i eat and not. But sometimes, i skip from egg whites, like today. I am sure its very wrong and not good after this workout. So, last 14 days i want to make sure that i eat every bit of protein. Veggies content are fine but m quiet missing out or prob eating less of my protein part.

After two weeks, it would be real test for all of us that how we maintain ourselves as we have all realized how wrong we used to eat and how wrong was our lifestyle..atleast mine...

Day - 70

Awesome..20 more days to go..But m sure i have to go beyond these 20 days to gain up more muscles..

Well m bit happy with my body... :)
Doing my workouts and strangely loving 8MA so much that i dont feel like missing it now..I can do sit ups much more easily now and love the entire pressure on my abs...

The weekend was fun ..Did Dirt Biking..was fun...
Diets are going fine, but seriously am tired of white eggs and fish..As i dont eat chicken, i am eating only fish and uff i need a break....serious break from fish and egg whites...i cant eat it any more...

Hope PCP makes us mentally strong too to avoid and ignore the speculated downturn of financial markets...

Ppl staying in London, hope you guys ar safe and sound...Take care folks..

No Skipping for a week

Well, after day 63 and wonderful 5 mins skipping, well for a week i think i have to substitute skipping with swimming....

Ankle not good for skipping...

Diets are going preety good and apparently my diet has been increased.. :) there are carbs before workout and even in dinner..Well, in our might mouse group i think that change is only for me..which made me more inquisitive about why only me?? Was glad to have fruits back in my evening snack and really enjoying it ;)

Tried Mexican Baked Fish from our 200 Pages Fish Recipe book which i bought way long back but never used.. :)

PCP actually helped me to go through all pages coz its just so many fish recipes....obv not all are PCP compliant but lovely recipes..On weekend, will share some of PCP compliant recipes...

Day - 62.. Whats wrong wid my ankle??

Did skipping..and all sets of exercises....as due to shortage of time, i could not go to gym for kung fu sit ups so did 4 sets of 15 reps of v situps.....

After my workout, was all fresh and very very active....and being enthusiastic about it, i thought to wake up early morning today for my only skipping day...But, my ankle is in pain..again....well have no idea.....

I have applied some pain relieving cream and hope till i reach home and start my workout it is all good....
I think its just normal pain which will go away in a day or so....

Have started doing swimming and i am so very happy about it..I love swimming and i want to ask that if the ankle pain is bad, can i substitute it with swimming??

Day 61

Its long that i have written blog...Well, was bit occupied in other stuffs happening around me...

PCP, could not do skipping for two days, but to compenstate i did swimming....There is an ankle pain which does not allow me to skip....dont know why....

But feelig way better today so will surely skip from today and will take good care of my ankle...Even i had sprain in left wrist....so it was nicely bandaged for two days and its feeilng better today....I am glad that    we are all moving through this valley together and supporting each other..coz every other day you feel that u need a kick of motivation....Went out wid friends this weekend and stayed strong and tight and didnt ate anythign outside and no alcohol... :) Well, not bad....

I am glad even my friends are supporting us to help us move thru this pcp valley....
Still i have fights with getting up early and finishing my skipping in morning....Lazy bum.....

From today i have strongly decided to do 8 mins abs everyday..Hope i achieve this....
I am seriously enjoying the food of PCP....and m scared what will happen once 90 days are over and suppose for two consec days i eat heavy...coz now my stomach cant digest heavy food and it goes crazy..It happened during the indulgence too...

Hope all my fellow PCP-ers are doing great and enjoying this time along with long travels...
Seriously guys hats off to you all who travels long, handle jetlag, work and handle PCP....great job!!!

Day 56 - New Week of PCP Begins

Wow..Another end of week...and we move one step more in PCP....

Skipping 4 min * 4 sets are long...But, not that difficult....As mentioned by Patrick in Video, i could not repeat the mistake of doing skipping without shoes again...
Regarding Kung Fu Sit-ups, i am not finding any pull up bar closer to my place. In the new club house there is no pull up bar neither in the nearest park. And i dont want to miss the fun of kung fu sit ups, so i think just for that i have to go to Pure gym..

I am bit reluctant to do that in Gym in front of so many ppl coz i mite be looking dumb as i have no idea of pull ups or kung fu sit ups, and there are so many guyz doing perfect workout right infront of you.... :(

Well, till now i have been substituting kung fu situps with V-sit ups....
Yesterday Peeked into Today's workout and could not go further coz i can see my legs dying again... :)

Day 54

Good Weekend....
Well had indulgence time!!! Had Beans Curry and Rice, glass of wine.. :) lovely.....Awesome Indian food..One of my fav...M sure Kos and Shaona must be aware of it...

Regarding today's group workout..It was awesome to meet Brent, Justin, Terri, Fergie...The best was while doing Planks...It really helped to reach to last 60 seconds all time....It was great fun...We should surely do this again...Missed u Kos, Meg, Marcus...
Kos could not join us coz he had some other things to finish up....

After indulgence, this is what i feel...My tummy is already feeling heavy, and lazy...and not as active as it is while we are eating pcp compliant food..Obviously taste was much better ;)
In spite of knowing that visceral fat takes a while to go and all stuff...but like Marcus even m bit of impatient that when i will get my tummy to be toned up.....This is one thing i seriously want to get toned..Hope by the next month end...

Day 51 - Good Burn

Well as usual, forgot to blog after my workout yest...

Diet is good...But, Planks of 60 seconds 4 sets killed me..I was on ground after 40 sec in last two sets..But, then did again....Moreover, After all those great reps of bisceps and chests...when i started doing one arm curl...uff...i was so much a failure in that....I finsihed my reps but my form was in dirt....Hated it to the core...

Legs ups are good..But, now i have to seriously start doing 8MA, i m such a big looser that i am not at all regular in it.

Guys, weekend is here and planning to have my indulgence..I am so confused as there are so many options..Any suggestions guys???

Day 50 - My legs are crying

Skipping, Squats, Pistol Squats, Floor Jumps....How on earth will my legs survive??

After pistol squats, got sprain in my right hip flexor and i was on floor helpless....Had to call Kos to gym coz i was not able to move.....
After some time it got bit better and i finished my workout..Damn it was paining like crazy..

Even arms were shouting please stop pushing me so much... :D
Stomach exercises were good.....Still i have pain in my right leg..Dont know how it will be ok....Hope it gets better soon....

I missed my egg whites for dinner...
Rest all is going ok, i cant say good because workouts are getting tougher...This is seriously PCP Valley...We have to stay tight n strong to get through this....

Day 50 - Half way thru PCP Valley

Well, sorry could not blog for a while as were busy shifting and arranging the new apartment..Still some things are left to do before i make it perfect... :) I am too finicky when it comes to perfection..So, takes me a while to arrange house.....


Apart from this, lets come to important thing PCP.... :) Wow, day 50....Have not yet finished my workout for the day, but wanted to blog as i was lacking writing blogs....Skipping..OMG..what to say about it...3 mins * 5 sets...Dude that killed my toes nearly.......Did skipping indoor as had no energy to go downstairs and do the jump rope..So, did it without shoes..

Food diet is going good...While shifting apartments, exercises for two days were haywire....But, was back on track soon.....

Will click pics today and upload it....
Day before yesterday i was seriously damn hungry during dinner time..Felt like body needs something seriously heavy...But, controlled the food desire and ate the specified food and went to bed..How to control such hunger?? Kindly let me know....

Big Doubt!!!!!!!!!

Like everybody else why i am not loosing big numbers like 5 OR 7 KGS!! I have just lost 2 Kgs!!!!!!!!!
Big Question??? Apart from Italy stuff i am doing my diets and workouts regularly....

Well, m bit disappointed with Myself..Not feeling good about it

Day 44 - One more day towards Transformation

Did my workouts in the evening yesterday and forgot to post up the blog coz after food i had to rush to see HARRY POTTER.....:)

Well, not too bad movie..Was amazed to see guyz dressed up in the costumes at 10 in the nite just to enjoy the enviro of Harry Potter.....

Workout was good..I am still doing only incline Pull ups coz that is easily accessible to me...Have to shift to new place tomorrow so hope i can get something accessible where i can do my pull ups....

When i read skipping 2 min * 7 sets..i said wow thats not so tough..But after 4th set i was tired..I could not do after 5th set coz there was pain in my calf muscle due to skipping without shoes for continuous 2 days and some stomach pain.....Well, but loved situps and v situps...

Today morning when i woke up, Kos was all happy coz he lost 5 kgs...But, ya not as happy because he feels progress is slow for us...Let's see how much we progress at the end of PCP...

I finally met some of few PCP-ers at work today..Good to catch up ....They all looked awesome....And guyz who had already finished up this amazing journey were eating health veggies in morning..Quite impressed....

@Pete: Good to see you Mate...Good Work..Your body is showing results......

I am seriously loving the No salt food. It makes us feel so light and not fluffy as always. Me and Kos yesterday did some thinking on our past eating habits and were thinking what should we quit for life time and not put that junk in our body anymore.....Well, there was whole bunch of items to quit..But, we are happy to do that for our body....Seriously 3 months is good and not that long time to quit our old bad eating habits..

Day - 42 Skip Skip Skip

Firstly congratulations to all fellow PCP-ers who just completed this amazing journey. I am sure you all will be happy and loving your body.........Time to Treat yourselves guys!! Yee..You all did it!!


Well, another week ended....I am loving the way my body has started reacting to PCP.. I can see bit of difference...though its just a little bit only me can realize it...Also, I always had weak digestion system, but coz of PCP, my tummy is all happy,light and chirpy...lolz....

 My skin is becoming better and my face and body has started looking bit more better...Legs exercises are tough and makes me failure in it, but loving the way my legs muscles are working towards it...

Coming to the exercises part...Did skipping and wow the counts keep increasing...
There were some days in middle when i started feeling, PCP is not showing any good effects yet....and was feeling low about it. But from yesterday, i cant complain...

Yesterday, when we read Patrick's email for new diets and workouts, we read veggies in lunch as much as we want..Me and Kos looked at each other and said wow, so that means we can eat less veggies ;)
But then we thought "No", atleast stick to the gms mentioned in the previous week..Not to go lesser than that for veggies...

For breakfast, i tried some bruschetta's and they are really working for us. Once i made tomato, onion, capsicum with bit of chilli,red wine vinegaratte bruschetta. And today i made corn,tomato and cucumber bruschetta. Well, lets see how long it works for us....:)

Waiting to do my today's workout in evening and diet is along the road all time...

Day 41

Great day today..

Thought to do skipping in morning, but failure...So, did my workout in evening and felt good.

I have one question about creep....After doing it, i feel more burn in my calf muscle rather than thighs..Am i doing something wrong???? I feel pain in thighs too but not that much as calf muscle...
Great burn after thumbs curl and one arm curl...

When Patrick emailed this week's exercise, i saw cycling in the blog and thought its so damn easy..but, once i started doing it..ohhh...nice pain..

Visceral Fat...!! :(
When will i get it toned...Thats one thing i seriously want to get toned along with my lower body...


 Other than that, food diet is going well..missed evening veg snack yesterday....;) not good at all..

Day 40 - Big Number

40 is a big number..Nearly half way through...

Days aer very busy for both of us, so performed our workouts in evening. Still, have not tried doing skipping early morning before eating anything. Hope from tomorrow i try to do that.
i love the burn and pain that i feel after doing v sit ups...and also the bisceps, triceps workouts...

I am fine with skipping rope, and creeps...I dont say "Creep" now while i am doing creep workout..But, floor jump kills me....BUt have to admit, after PCP stomach issues have minimized....I am feeling light every day..and feelign good about it. I dont know whether i will be able to get bikini body after 90 days, i wish i get it...:)

Well, i am getting too much bored with the boiled egg whites now, its very monotonous and i now cant gulp it...have to find some new ways of eating egg whites......Does anybody have some creative ideas about that...

Let's share some good recipes so we dont get bored of eating same food every single week....Will update soon by tomorrow....

DAY 38,39.. Failure in Pistol squats

Did our workouts on both days 38,39...after missing workouts on day 37..
Pistol squats are big failure for me...But i am trying to do it..And as Patrick suggested to me, that i have to do all the max counts and do more burn to gain those muscles...I am trying to do that.But uff Pistol Squats!!!!

Diets are seriously going well..I am enjoying my no salt, no sugar diet...I am seriously feeling good. My tummy is feeling better coz i am not eating anything processed and its only greens and healthy food. Loving it...I dont know whether i can carry this routine after 3 months but i will make sure atleast i do it with my breakfast and lunch...

Regarding Workouts, in some workouts i am really bad i.e pistol squat, floor jump...

Even though i am bad but i try to do it..i dont know whether it will give me results or not..I am worried about that....

Rest, we have to move on 16th july to our new apartment..It will be also so busy...Hope we manage to stay on workout schedule....

Day 35

Well, was very tired as we were traveling and had to go to work directly along with long sleepless nights coz of wedding fun..;)

1400 Skips...well, sounded a lot..but were good to go...
I have to push myself more and do more burns....Hope with the coming exercises set i will manage to do it. Cos for me building up muscles were always a big task. But, now have decided to have it...Lets hope i achieve it...

Food is going fine.I love the diets are going If am not traveling then i have no issues in diets. Me and Kos decided not to travel anywhere till 31st august. We never have any work travels and we can delay and cancel our social travels now.

Travel really disturbs your diets and exercises charts...So, i seriously dont want any more social travels anywhere and just stick to my diet and do my workouts....

Well all set for new workouts and new diets..Bring it On baby!!

Day 31 - kangaroo hopping

We all have already finished 30 days.. Applaud fir everyone including me ;)

Very early morning for both of us today, could not even sleep for 6 hours and had to be up for the workout as later today we had to travel, so feeling exhausted..

Again pouring in the morning here, do finished up the other set of exercises before skipping at home.. Wow curls, single hand curls, and elevated dips made my hand soar..

When we went upstairs for skipping and floor jump, I thut either I have to fix up s spring in my body Or pretend tO b kangaroo.. Damn it's tough.. I could not pull myself up after some counts...But finished it and said why the he'll we have to hop.. But then I realized oops there is s term called as muscle which is malnutritioned and needs some help ;)

Food diet is fine.. Carrying fruits alOng wd us for dinner..

Day 30 - Creep Creep Creep

Missed writing my blog yest.....

While doing Creep, i said 1000 times creep creep and imagined the image that Justin uploaded in his blog yest..and could not control my laugh while doing the workout....

Wow, seriously PCP has elevated the level...Legs are crying :)
Planning to start swimming again...as i absolutely love swimming. But, yes it will be an addition  to the set of workouts of ours... I m missing swimming..

Skips are way more better than what i started it with..:) but not as great as my other PCP-ers..
Food diets are going good..Got very late yesterday for dinner and evening snacks, coz we had to do packing and workouts n all....But, day was gud...

After PCP lets all of us do a Creep Race...:) or  floor jump race..

Day 29

Feeling good after getting back on track...
Did my workouts in the evening, and suffered with severe sprain in my left leg after lunges..
I could not move for 10 - 15 min. But then all was gud and resumed my workout
I m loving sit-ups and doing good...
I dnt knw whether i m doing floor jumps correctly or not..Can somebody do the demo ;) ??

Food is going on track...New diets from today esp dinner :)
After PCP i will feel that i m in dairy farm, coz of the hugee amount of milk...For me its extra 200 ml apart from morning milk and yogurt...wooo...Dnt knw why?? :)

Day 28

Last day of the week...Tomorrow new Diets, new Heavy Workouts...As, now i am feeling real heavy PCP start..Good for everybody....We will become leaner..hope so..:)

Today, Skipping was ok. I had severe stomach pain dont know why, after 900 count, i just could not bear it..But, took a break and den finished remaining counts.....

Food diet is going good. I simply love fruit snacks...so, today for my evening snack, i mixed milk content with the fruit and made a nice yummy shake..:) good change...i have no issues with yogurt, coz i love it so i m enjoying that also..For me sometimes heavy is vegetable content....


Hope after this week i start seeing some good changes in me, after our PCP break coz of our trip....After reading our PCP-ers blog, i feel i am not near to any of those weight shedding....Hope i can see it soon and my muscles  better start shaping up....

Day 27

I dnt knOw what to write.. It's been more than a week that I wrote about my diets and workouts..

After our trip, today was the day when actual PCP happened..
Food is fine.. What on the earth is double katana???

I am so not able to do it :(

Did v sit ups., not that great but not too bad.. After first set, v sit ups were getting wrong as I could nit feel stress on my abs.. So did 3 sets of normal sit ups.. But my heart could not say no to v sit ups.. So tried again and did 2 sets.. But not at all satisfied with the form..

Please somebody guide for doing double katana and v sit-ups in correct way..

Rest, hope coming weeks goes fine..

Hello Fellow PCP-ers,

Well, back to HK yest....
Don't have much to write about regarding PCP..though a lot about Italy :)

Not good on PCP side. After reading blogs of all you guys, we both are feeling bad :( that we are not able to see changes like all of you...Happy for all you guys

Hope Patrick can guide us through the lost past 8 days of ours.

Due to heavy travel time yest, could not do exercise in morning. So, will post the blog again in evening after our workouts..breakfast today was as per the diet plan....

Could not write blog Yest as we were traveling..

Did our workouts test in morning before boarding flight.. Good workout..
Then had a very long flight to Rome.. Nearly tuk us 16 hrs from HK.. But loving Rome...

Day 16

Early Morning For me today after long time..

Finally woke up at 5:00 am today and did my workout. It was great.
Did all the max counts for every exercise...Lunges were painful the moment i reach set 3. But, tried to push myself more and managed to complete it.. :)

Except Rowing nothing was relaxing. I was doing the Leg Ups Wrong till i saw video of Patrick, where he mentioned not to touch ur heels to the ground..
Dips were fine too..The new thing i saw, was push ups...because i was expecting standing ovation.
Push ups were better today rather than yesterday..I am doing it on my knees but finishing the full counts....

Rest, diet is going ok..
Difficulty will be from tomorrow. Kos and me are flying to Italy tomm for a week for our first wedding anniversary.. So, we are not sure how we will be able to manage our weighed food. We are takign our food scale along with us and will try to be on our diet, but salt will be an issue...

Terri and Fergie will help us guiding through this because they just came back from holiday..So, will surely take some tips from them ..:)

Rest, crappy day in HK today..It's raining and climate is so dull....

Day 14

Forgot to post my blog yesterday....Was buy watching the videos and then went off to sleep..

For me yesterday even though there were only skips, it was tough for me..But managed to finish it.
Food diet yesterday was fine...

Missed the Carb portion during lunch time..:( Well not good.
Will be more careful about it now...as Diet is seriously an  important factor in our programme..

Yesterday, Kos got those colorful charts of our weekly diet plans at home..He nicely wrote all the new food weights on it and sticked on our refrigerator...:) We both were very excited..
So, now everytime we go into the kitchen, it's right there in front of you and stopping you from skipping any grams from your diet..

Those charts are very convenient rather than seeing on your phone or laptop..

It's Monday, another week started....

Exercise were ok...Not that bad...
Food diet is also going fine apart from the size...

Breakfast: Egg Sandwich, Veggies, Milk
Fruit Snack: Apple
Lunch: Salad, Sushi
Fruit Snack: Watermelon, Grapes
Dinner: Home made Pesto pasta, with mushrooms and zucchini, Pan fried fish
Fruit Snack: Musk Melon

Tomorrow is "800" JUMP ROPE...OOLA...

Day 12

Good Morning Ppl...

Great morning for both me and Kos.

I have already started feeling good after good exercise and fresh food. I know its bland, but we will get taste of it sooner.
Did our workout in morning, and i am feeling good and can understand the difference of exercising in morning and evening.We delayed our Incline pull up coz its raining in HK.

Today's work is to stock up or refrig with vegetables and fruits and try to prepare food for 2 days along with great music...:)

Day 11

Another day passed!!!
Nothing much to say, usual routine going on...

For a change, did my exercise in the morning...and had my evenings free..wow dats nice....
Food diet going ok..but, have to find more creative food coz as we all are not used to eating so healthy and fresh food...its getting difficult to gulp all the food without salt..

But, m sure by the end of our program we all will be happy without salt and will be hunting for fresh food all time.

Exercises were fine....But, yesterday for the incline pull up, have to practice a lot more to get it done right...

Day 10

Its friday :))

Nothing much to talk about today....
But, one thing is seriously want to say.....ITS SO MUCH FOOD......

In morning, when i start eating my breakfast, i m like oh damn, it will take ages to finish up the stuff, and den the angel fruits snacks comes...Again, terrifying lunch size.....seriously, how can one eat so much food???? But, Patrick knows better than any of us.... :)

Workout was ok, push ups are still pain for me..I have to do with my knees bend....Can somebody suggest me good way to do push ups efficiently.......

Made Fresh Salsa today to gel it up with pan fried fish fillet ;) Fresh Tomato salsa, and mango avocado salsa...lovely colors for summer!!!
Food is going fine...Hope the quantity gets lesser next week.....

Yeah its 10th day of PCP.....

DAY 9

Good Day..

Well, good and busy day for me...
I have to reach office by 7:30 in morning, so doing exercise in morning is getting stretched till evening. But, this is not an excuse m sure.. Many fellow folks have more busy schedule than me...From tomorrow will try to finish up the exercise in morning...

Breakfast today was same : Boiled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes,bread, lettuce...
Morning Snack: apple.
Lunch: Prawns and roasted veggies with couscous.(Too much quantity..after eating 1/3rd of it, i could not put even one spoon in my mouth).
After noon Snack : Kiwi and Grapes
Dinner: Vegetable stew, pan fried tuna and brown rice..

The most delicious food is Fruits snacks..I completely love it..I wait for my fruit snacks whole day :)

Lets discuss the imp part: Exercise - Wow, different set of exercise and i swear my knees and calf muscles and shoulders are paining...Triceps looked easy but they were not..But, managed to do the max counts....Thank god push ups were not there today ;)
Good new set of exercises, m sure the count will keep increasing. And more i get better with the techniques more tougher they will become

Rest it was a nice day!! But, body has already started paining...

Day 8

Serious First Day of PCP..

It's getting interesting.. Wow, I have never weighed the food and ate and that too soo much of food...when in the mOrning I started eating my breakfast, I was waiting for it to end but still some pieces were left inside.

Breakfast : steamed veggies, boiled eggs and bread
Morning snack: apple
Lunch: salmon, rice and many steamed veggies
Evening snack : orange

Well, I have to Becum more creative wid my food coz today the food was tasting bland..
Hope Patrick suggests us what kind of dressings we are allowed ro use which makes food lil better in taste.

Exercises were fine and inline. Push ups were painful.. But m sure will get better slowly..

According to our last week body analysis the details shamefully are as below :

Don't even feel like writing. I am do unfit and unhealthy

Weight : 57.8
B.m.I : 22
Body fat mass : 21

Well, I was 1 kg less today, but as Patrick said Dnt feel happy if u loose weight in this period.. I am looking for more loss in cmg weeks..

It's time to get good sleep now..

Day 7

Well, After i read that its only skipping today....I thought the other muscles of the body will be happy saying its holiday for us... But, not an easy day for me...As still m in learning process of skipping...

Body is not so sore like before, but my calf muscles are paining a lot. Don't know the actual reason of it.

When my other fellow PCP -ers says they do 150 skip in a row...its like a dream to me....
Managed to do 500 ropes..took a while for me.....The only thing that was going in my head was, well last day for non restricted half diet and from tomorrow weighed food without salt,sugar..

When i read Patrick's email for 8th day, seriously i was bit scared by the series of exercises listed....Oola..they are many along with 600 ropes...and diet listed for each one of us....

Hope, i manage to do all the things nicely..

Need to have good sleep today...

Day 6

Lazy day..

Did my exercise in night...Not good....
Well, push ups are tough..very tough.....and skipping is still about below average...

Had a gud brunch today with a friend of mine...obviously left half....which was very tough :))

So, tomorrow is only skipping day ... m sure will be very nice day for me...sarcastically....
And now waiting for Patrick to give us new set of diets along with more cruel exercises...he he...

Day 5

Hello Guys,

Great Sunday for us.
Played Badminton in morning, was a great fun!!
Had very healthy brunch, half bowl of muesli with low fat milk and fresh fruits...Lovely sunday morning!!

Did not had energy to do PCP in morning coz of nice badminton session, so did my workout in evening...
Pain in legs continues and again did push ups wid knees bend...
 
Half diets are going good..if we feel little bit more hungry by evening, we eat fruits..i m not sure whether we should eat it or not :) .. but, ya eating half is difficult..

I cannot believe such over healthy weekend.... ;)

Anyway, all HK guys enjoy extended weekend as tomm is public holiday.

Rest all my PCP folks keep enjoying and be in touch.. :)

Day 4

Hello all,

Good weather in mornin today, so decided to wake up early on Saturday which is quite unusual after long Friday night :). Managed to have alcohol free night on Friday :) strangely ..

Did push ups today but with knees bend... Have to put more effort and to start love my rope now...sit ups and lunges were fine...

Thinking to start skipping more so I will learn fast...
Half diet is going ok,but sometimes feel too much hungry..

Planning to get our body analysis done tomorrow at our gym.. Scared :)

Day 3 - I m so Sore

Good Morning Guys,

Happy Friday :)
Oh..It's just Third day and my body is in pain and Sore.Even while sleeping yesterday i can feel every part of my body in pain, could not even turn side :(

Truly, no gain without Pain.
Finally, did my workout in morning and i must say its better to do in Morning rather than Evening!!

Push Ups were very painful today. My arms were paining a lot, so couldn't do it much well. But, yes managed to do my exercise..

Eating half is going well till date...
Waiting for what Patrick gives us next  :)

Day 2

Well, 2nd day passed...:)

Good day along with Half - Diet. Till now, half diet is not that bad.
But, ya in evening i started feeling hungry. So, thought to eat low fat frozen yogurt with fruits... But, i m not sure whether we are allowed to eat it or not...

When Patrick has restricted all the evil foods, now they seems like angel to me...:)
I am foodie, even though quantity for me always used to be less..But, loves to try different food and m big dessert person...Oola... so now dessert is deserted  for long time...

I did my evening workout, well have to switch it to morning exercise, hope so by tomorrow. Skipping was 0.5% better than yesterday.

For the breakfast made egg,lettuce and tomato sandwich, which was shared by me and my hubby Kos.
In lunch had fruits and avocado and egg sandwich. Seriously leaving half is tough..Half food keeps calling you....please eat me please.. Lolz..

We still have to take our entire body weight and will probably post our 1 week pics by next week. I am sure they wont be pleasant to any of eyes. :)

So far so good, but i think its too early to say... But, yes of course B Positive.

Kick Start - Day 1

Firstly Congratulations to all the PCP -ers who completed their 3 months project, and living with Wonderful, leaner and gorgeous looking body.

Well..So, this is it.New and transformed me waiting the other side in 3 months. Wow, this is amazing but tough at the same side.

Thanks Patrick for leading us to have healthy body with healthy mind. Kudos!! You are amazing!!

My motivation for joining PCP is my husband (Kos. V), who is thankfully working on this programme along with me.Else,it would have been very difficult. After reading blogs of Patrick and fellow PCP-ers, i got so motivated and energetic that i waited 1st June to come soon.

Yesterday, after receving Patrick's email, i felt like hogging all my favourite cuisines, desserts before i have to hate them for 3 months. :)

I have poor digestive system, and i consider my stomach to be the weakest part of my body. I cant eat white flour, coz my stomach cant digest it and it pains like hell. The day i overeat, my stomach starts shouting. So, PCP will help me to improve my digestive system by eating right. The thing that i will find it hard to leave is "Starbucks- Chai Tea Latte with extra chai and skim milk" in Morning :) because i m sure it has too much for sugar as per the required intake. :)

Well, have to start my work early around 7:30, so didn't do my workout in the morning and thought to do in Evening. But, i think i have to change this attitude and wake up more early to finish up regular workout before my long day.So,waiting for me to reach home and start my workout.

The most scariest thing for me is "Skipping". I have never done it in my entire life. I love playing all sports and am very active in gym, but "Skipping" scares me a lot. I dont know how i am going to do count of "500". I am sure i cant do 5 also properly :( 

Half - Lunch - Not too bad
Eating half isn't that easy. Because, i started feeling hungry and didn't wanted to eat more  and cheat on the first day of PCP. ha ha. But, as rightly said by Patrick, our body is used to of overeating of what we actually need. So, hope getting used to Half of the quantity won't be too tough as days progresses.

Waiting for my Evening Workout. Will surely let you all know about my "Skipping" Workout. I am sure if someone sees me while skipping , he/she can have best fun time.
