Did my workouts in the evening yesterday and forgot to post up the blog coz after food i had to rush to see HARRY POTTER.....:)
Well, not too bad movie..Was amazed to see guyz dressed up in the costumes at 10 in the nite just to enjoy the enviro of Harry Potter.....
Workout was good..I am still doing only incline Pull ups coz that is easily accessible to me...Have to shift to new place tomorrow so hope i can get something accessible where i can do my pull ups....
When i read skipping 2 min * 7 sets..i said wow thats not so tough..But after 4th set i was tired..I could not do after 5th set coz there was pain in my calf muscle due to skipping without shoes for continuous 2 days and some stomach pain.....Well, but loved situps and v situps...
Today morning when i woke up, Kos was all happy coz he lost 5 kgs...But, ya not as happy because he feels progress is slow for us...Let's see how much we progress at the end of PCP...
I finally met some of few PCP-ers at work today..Good to catch up ....They all looked awesome....And guyz who had already finished up this amazing journey were eating health veggies in morning..Quite impressed....

I am seriously loving the No salt food. It makes us feel so light and not fluffy as always. Me and Kos yesterday did some thinking on our past eating habits and were thinking what should we quit for life time and not put that junk in our body anymore.....Well, there was whole bunch of items to quit..But, we are happy to do that for our body....Seriously 3 months is good and not that long time to quit our old bad eating habits..
