Day 13

It's Monday, another week started....

Exercise were ok...Not that bad...
Food diet is also going fine apart from the size...

Breakfast: Egg Sandwich, Veggies, Milk
Fruit Snack: Apple
Lunch: Salad, Sushi
Fruit Snack: Watermelon, Grapes
Dinner: Home made Pesto pasta, with mushrooms and zucchini, Pan fried fish
Fruit Snack: Musk Melon

Tomorrow is "800" JUMP ROPE...OOLA...

Waiting for the next exercise and diet program.....

  2. @Terri : NO, i didn't :) used whole wheat pasta...

    Hows ur food diet and workouts going??? M sure u and Fergie must be doing great... Keep up the good work going :)
