Day 10

Its friday :))

Nothing much to talk about today....
But, one thing is seriously want to say.....ITS SO MUCH FOOD......

In morning, when i start eating my breakfast, i m like oh damn, it will take ages to finish up the stuff, and den the angel fruits snacks comes...Again, terrifying lunch size.....seriously, how can one eat so much food???? But, Patrick knows better than any of us.... :)

Workout was ok, push ups are still pain for me..I have to do with my knees bend....Can somebody suggest me good way to do push ups efficiently.......

Made Fresh Salsa today to gel it up with pan fried fish fillet ;) Fresh Tomato salsa, and mango avocado salsa...lovely colors for summer!!!
Food is going fine...Hope the quantity gets lesser next week.....

Yeah its 10th day of PCP.....

  1. I do pushups with bent knees. That is fine. Are you using the handles?

    My plan is to do it on bent knees until I can do max reps using the handles. Then switch to legs straight on lowest reps and work up to max reps.
