Feeling good after getting back on track...
Did my workouts in the evening, and suffered with severe sprain in my left leg after lunges..
I could not move for 10 - 15 min. But then all was gud and resumed my workout
I m loving sit-ups and doing good...
I dnt knw whether i m doing floor jumps correctly or not..Can somebody do the demo ;) ??

Food is going on track...New diets from today esp dinner :)
After PCP i will feel that i m in dairy farm, coz of the hugee amount of milk...For me its extra 200 ml apart from morning milk and yogurt...wooo...Dnt knw why?? :)

did you sprain you r hip flexor or ankle. i managed to sprain my hip flex (both of them) which I promptly iced for 15mins and ended up getting a strange numbness in my quad which I still have. but its onwards and upwards with pcp
