Just two weeks left!! And m sure its going to be tough and we have to start thinking about maintaining our body and most importantly our diets post PCP..which is the biggest question.
Well, exercises are going fine...and m now regularly loving 8MA workout..
But, yesterday we were out for Junk trip and diets was completly out of track..M sure my indulgence mite have crossed the limit given..But, yes it was great fun..Lovely weather, did loads of swimming...Before going for trip, i did my workout and got my extra workout done through swimming.
From diet point of view, m still strong of what should i eat and not. But sometimes, i skip from egg whites, like today. I am sure its very wrong and not good after this workout. So, last 14 days i want to make sure that i eat every bit of protein. Veggies content are fine but m quiet missing out or prob eating less of my protein part.
After two weeks, it would be real test for all of us that how we maintain ourselves as we have all realized how wrong we used to eat and how wrong was our lifestyle..atleast mine...
