Skipping, Squats, Pistol Squats, Floor Jumps....How on earth will my legs survive??
After pistol squats, got sprain in my right hip flexor and i was on floor helpless....Had to call Kos to gym coz i was not able to move.....
After some time it got bit better and i finished my workout..Damn it was paining like crazy..
Even arms were shouting please stop pushing me so much... :D
Stomach exercises were good.....Still i have pain in my right leg..Dont know how it will be ok....Hope it gets better soon....
I missed my egg whites for dinner...
Rest all is going ok, i cant say good because workouts are getting tougher...This is seriously PCP Valley...We have to stay tight n strong to get through this....

That will give you some ideas on stretches to try for your hip flexors. I also like to put a tennis ball against the wall then put my hip against the ball. Move your hips around on the ball and it feels like a little massage. It can be pretty painful depending on how tight your hips are. Good luck!
