Well what to say, about Super Sets...m speechless....
Seriously its just for four days, and i m glad that way.. :)
When i finsihed skipping..I was in full enthusiasm of starting super sets...Till i reached Curls and Ski Jumper super sets..i was pffff...I thought before, that as they are Super Sets, it will take a longer time than our usual workout, but infact it didn't...or did i do something wrong??
But, i agree that super sets are fun..i m sure they are very tough but they are different set of workouts....:)
I used spearate resistance bands during Curls and Ski Jumper super sets...Wow..they are tough..Then the fun part came..V Sits and Planks...and that too till failur..lolz..Patrick my failure in Plank is immediately after 15 seconds...:D well but i tried to put the timer for 60 seconds and was on my knees after 30 seconds....and started again and finished it...V sits up were ok till 2nd set..after that it was haywire...
After finishing workout, i thought i have to do 8MA, because if i dont do it at that time or within half an hour i surely skip it..So after ten min rest i did my 8MA and was bit unhappy by my techniques...
Today at day 87 the super set is of Creeps and Floor Jumps...Grrr..How will i handle it??
Now i am craving for Wine, Martini, home baked muffins, and different kind of tasty food..Argghh..:D Please i cant wait anymore...
