Nothing can make me more relax and in good mood than swimming for nice 30 minutes. :)
Well, again skipping has hurted my ankle and before i damage it more, i thought to swim again which is surely more time consuming than skipping coz of pre and post work..But for me this is the only option as i am not at all able to skip.
Rest of the workouts are ok i wont say m too pleased, but the chicken wing exercise made me smile a bit coz i can see those nice muscles... :) Did my 8MA and enjoyed it completely.
In the mid of night i was thinking, why skipping is giving me so much pain and why i am so frustrated with it and then in the morning zen jump rope email was there which made me bit more relaxed even though i wont be doing it for some more days.
Thinking for day 91 when there won't be any regular great email from PR,no more diet schedule, no more workout schedule. We have to be the best judge as of what food is good,healthy and great for our body, what workout should we continue in our daily regime and how to keep looking great for the rest of our life instead of going back from where we have progressed.Not going to be easy!!

ReplyDeleteI think we are all going through that at the moment. What will happen after day 91..... are we going to be OK left to our own devices with all the difficult choices we have to make daily.
