Day 40 - Big Number

40 is a big number..Nearly half way through...

Days aer very busy for both of us, so performed our workouts in evening. Still, have not tried doing skipping early morning before eating anything. Hope from tomorrow i try to do that.
i love the burn and pain that i feel after doing v sit ups...and also the bisceps, triceps workouts...

I am fine with skipping rope, and creeps...I dont say "Creep" now while i am doing creep workout..But, floor jump kills me....BUt have to admit, after PCP stomach issues have minimized....I am feeling light every day..and feelign good about it. I dont know whether i will be able to get bikini body after 90 days, i wish i get it...:)

Well, i am getting too much bored with the boiled egg whites now, its very monotonous and i now cant gulp it...have to find some new ways of eating egg whites......Does anybody have some creative ideas about that...

Let's share some good recipes so we dont get bored of eating same food every single week....Will update soon by tomorrow....
