  1. Maybe it's because you only weighed about 30kg to start with! You can only drop weight you already have.

If you want to lose 5-7kg in 6 weeks like us big guys, step 1 to go out drinking and eating badly for several years until you put on about 15-30kg of fat first.

You're doing fine; your photos look great.

  3. 'MAZING. But seriously Mini, you are quite slim to begin with compared with some of the 'big boys' and wobble monsters like me! You're right on Track. Read Bruce L's blog from yesterday or day before. Stick to the diet and work outs and you'll tone up and reshape and you'll really see it by day 90. I'm sure you're on track don't give up!

  4. Babe - if you were 20kg overweight like I was then you would be losing 7kg or more too. By the end of 90 days I will still not at peak condition. Closer than I was for sure but still a ways to go.

  5. Noel hits the nail on the head. The numbers are all relative and are only numbers. Stick to the diet and you know you're eating healthily, do the exercises and you will make progress. It's inevitable, these exercises hurt too much not to provide results!

  6. I also agree with Noel... It's all relative to where each of us started.. From the photos on your blog, 7kgs would be a lot to loose for you. My weight was hitting the closest to the highest it's ever been ... I was hitting 92-93kgs since my transfer to HK kicked off and I started back and forthing between Japan and HK... at my ningendoc( Japanese health check) said I should be somewhere in the low 70kgs... Haha I haven't been 70kgs since like junior high... My body fat levels which Patrick will say are more important than weight were way off.. Mid to High 20percent... Higher than I've ever been... I've usually been about 18percent!
Definitely needed to get my diet in order cuz 2-3 hours of average training wasnt making a dent by itself... Food was my prob... Im floating around 83-84kgs now.. Because of my change in diet....
