I dnt knOw what to write.. It's been more than a week that I wrote about my diets and workouts..
After our trip, today was the day when actual PCP happened..
Food is fine.. What on the earth is double katana???
I am so not able to do it :(
Did v sit ups., not that great but not too bad.. After first set, v sit ups were getting wrong as I could nit feel stress on my abs.. So did 3 sets of normal sit ups.. But my heart could not say no to v sit ups.. So tried again and did 2 sets.. But not at all satisfied with the form..
Please somebody guide for doing double katana and v sit-ups in correct way..
Rest, hope coming weeks goes fine..

The only way to get better at V-sits is to do V-sits. Don't worry if it feels unnatural at first. If your double katanas are too hard to complete the set try a longer band.
