DAY 9

Good Day..

Well, good and busy day for me...
I have to reach office by 7:30 in morning, so doing exercise in morning is getting stretched till evening. But, this is not an excuse m sure.. Many fellow folks have more busy schedule than me...From tomorrow will try to finish up the exercise in morning...

Breakfast today was same : Boiled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes,bread, lettuce...
Morning Snack: apple.
Lunch: Prawns and roasted veggies with couscous.(Too much quantity..after eating 1/3rd of it, i could not put even one spoon in my mouth).
After noon Snack : Kiwi and Grapes
Dinner: Vegetable stew, pan fried tuna and brown rice..

The most delicious food is Fruits snacks..I completely love it..I wait for my fruit snacks whole day :)

Lets discuss the imp part: Exercise - Wow, different set of exercise and i swear my knees and calf muscles and shoulders are paining...Triceps looked easy but they were not..But, managed to do the max counts....Thank god push ups were not there today ;)
Good new set of exercises, m sure the count will keep increasing. And more i get better with the techniques more tougher they will become

Rest it was a nice day!! But, body has already started paining...

  1. Food sounds awesome. I feel for you... I start work at 7, so I wake up at 5 every morning to do the workout, but doing it fresh out of bed ensures I give it my all!

    It's still a bit tough, but better that it's summer so sun comes up earlier. Good thing about morning exercise:
    1.) It's relatively cooler if you exercise outdoors like I do
    2.) Doing skips while the sun rises every day is an awesome feeling.

  2. Hey Thanks Greenie and Wei...But, seriously salt plays such a big role in our every day meals....:)

    I agree with you, that morning exercises are best. Will have to kick myself out of the bed now...i always snooze my alaram..;)

    Moreover, for me push ups are struggle..i do then with my knees bend..:(

    You too keep up the great work..as you guys are doing awesome...
