Day 35

Well, was very tired as we were traveling and had to go to work directly along with long sleepless nights coz of wedding fun..;)

1400 Skips...well, sounded a lot..but were good to go...
I have to push myself more and do more burns....Hope with the coming exercises set i will manage to do it. Cos for me building up muscles were always a big task. But, now have decided to have it...Lets hope i achieve it...

Food is going fine.I love the diets are going If am not traveling then i have no issues in diets. Me and Kos decided not to travel anywhere till 31st august. We never have any work travels and we can delay and cancel our social travels now.

Travel really disturbs your diets and exercises charts...So, i seriously dont want any more social travels anywhere and just stick to my diet and do my workouts....

Well all set for new workouts and new diets..Bring it On baby!!

  1. Go for it... For the first time I dreading my summmer holiday! I can barely cope with the loss of routine on the weekend let alone having to worry about travel etc.

  2. Sounds like you are setting your standards high. Being honest with yourself about when you are in burn and not = investment in your future fitness.
