Day 2

Well, 2nd day passed...:)

Good day along with Half - Diet. Till now, half diet is not that bad.
But, ya in evening i started feeling hungry. So, thought to eat low fat frozen yogurt with fruits... But, i m not sure whether we are allowed to eat it or not...

When Patrick has restricted all the evil foods, now they seems like angel to me...:)
I am foodie, even though quantity for me always used to be less..But, loves to try different food and m big dessert person...Oola... so now dessert is deserted  for long time...

I did my evening workout, well have to switch it to morning exercise, hope so by tomorrow. Skipping was 0.5% better than yesterday.

For the breakfast made egg,lettuce and tomato sandwich, which was shared by me and my hubby Kos.
In lunch had fruits and avocado and egg sandwich. Seriously leaving half is tough..Half food keeps calling you....please eat me please.. Lolz..

We still have to take our entire body weight and will probably post our 1 week pics by next week. I am sure they wont be pleasant to any of eyes. :)

So far so good, but i think its too early to say... But, yes of course B Positive.
