Day 31 - kangaroo hopping

We all have already finished 30 days.. Applaud fir everyone including me ;)

Very early morning for both of us today, could not even sleep for 6 hours and had to be up for the workout as later today we had to travel, so feeling exhausted..

Again pouring in the morning here, do finished up the other set of exercises before skipping at home.. Wow curls, single hand curls, and elevated dips made my hand soar..

When we went upstairs for skipping and floor jump, I thut either I have to fix up s spring in my body Or pretend tO b kangaroo.. Damn it's tough.. I could not pull myself up after some counts...But finished it and said why the he'll we have to hop.. But then I realized oops there is s term called as muscle which is malnutritioned and needs some help ;)

Food diet is fine.. Carrying fruits alOng wd us for dinner..

  1. The floor jumps are really hard. I end up looking like a hunchback as my knees refuse to bend down into a crouch after a while. I have to force myself back down again.
