Well, after day 63 and wonderful 5 mins skipping, well for a week i think i have to substitute skipping with swimming....
Ankle not good for skipping...
Diets are going preety good and apparently my diet has been increased.. :) there are carbs before workout and even in dinner..Well, in our might mouse group i think that change is only for me..which made me more inquisitive about why only me?? Was glad to have fruits back in my evening snack and really enjoying it ;)
Tried Mexican Baked Fish from our 200 Pages Fish Recipe book which i bought way long back but never used.. :)
PCP actually helped me to go through all pages coz its just so many fish recipes....obv not all are PCP compliant but lovely recipes..On weekend, will share some of PCP compliant recipes...
Please share the fish recipes. I need to know some more ways to cook them other than just grilling which is what I do now.
