Day 78

21 Minutes skipping nearly killed my ankle.. It has started aching again...
I tripped a lot yesterday while skipping and that made me so angry and upset....I felt like leaving it and do nothing. But, then gathered my thoughts and started again and finished it though it was unsatisfactory.

Diets are going fine, but in evening after my workout i need something solid like a slice of bread, though i have carbs in my dinner, but i just wanted to know can i shift that after my workout, as i am fine without carb during dinner time..

Exercises are increasing every day and it consumes lot of time. I forgot my 8MA yesterday and was not pleased with that...Well, new set of exercises today and time for new set of pics. Its last lap and am getting all frustrated dont know why?? Probably i want to see my abs getting toner and am not near to it..

Hope this feeling ends up soon and i should be back on track soon with all positive vibes around me.

  1. Keep going Mini. Sounds like it is a struggle for many of us, but we need to keep on plugging. It may just take a little longer, so keep the positive attitude. Remember tunnel vision. I have to keep reminding myself of that!

  2. Sometimes you just have to grin and bear the frustration of the tripping and just get through the skipping as best you can. You feel better just for having done them and not giving up so focus on that rather than the form on those days.
