Did skipping..and all sets of exercises....as due to shortage of time, i could not go to gym for kung fu sit ups so did 4 sets of 15 reps of v situps.....
After my workout, was all fresh and very very active....and being enthusiastic about it, i thought to wake up early morning today for my only skipping day...But, my ankle is in pain..again....well have no idea.....
I have applied some pain relieving cream and hope till i reach home and start my workout it is all good....
I think its just normal pain which will go away in a day or so....
Have started doing swimming and i am so very happy about it..I love swimming and i want to ask that if the ankle pain is bad, can i substitute it with swimming??

Sorry to hear about your ankle. Hope you recover quickly.
ReplyDeleteI love swimming too but sadly my local pool hasn't opened since the earthquake here in March. Last year I was swimming almost every day.
hope your poor ankle gets well soon.... dont be too hard on it! hmm... swimming. hadn't considered that option my self yet. sounds nice, may give it a try later!

ReplyDeleteWell, i did my 5 mins * 3sets on day 63 and well not good...ankle is bandaged...so, could not do my workout as standing was bit painful..But, m feeling much better now and will continue with my half an hour swimming today instead of skipping :(
